Protecting Knowledge Assets to Drive Innovation: Cybersecurity in Knowledge Management Practices
摘要
This research mainly focuses on assessing the implementation of cybersecurity measures within knowledge management (KM) to improve innovative outcomes and tackle the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) with more focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, and Big Data (BD). The purpose of using qualitative research in this study is to examine how cybersecurity effectively protects knowledge assets and improves the KM system; this study provides a thematic analysis supported by comprehensive literature review demonstrating that cybersecurity excellence depends on integrating AI-based adaptive technologies and human-oriented methods in the cybersecurity systems, which combine continuous training and user-focused design. Security strategy defends organizational information resources while supporting teamwork and creativity. This research finds solid scarcities in developing unified frameworks linking cybersecurity to knowledge management systems. This research delivers novel insights and valuable recommendations to bridge these research shortfalls. It gives organizations a comprehensive security approach for the knowledge ecosystems when using 4IR technologies to achieve modest benefits and practical innovation.
