International Relations and Women’s Leadership in Financial Management: From Local to Global Socialization
摘要
Modern international relations require expanded functional capabilities to ensure security, transparency, and socialization. These requirements apply to both interaction between national political elites and interstate and intergender cooperation. Socialization is the basis for recreating the social order that ensures the stability of society. Thanks to a unique approach to management focused on collaboration and inclusion, women leaders are changing the economic landscape, making it more sustainable, humane, and people-centered. Financial institutions are considering a long-term investment in women leaders, recognizing that organizations with higher levels of gender diversity in leadership positions demonstrate better economic results and greater resilience in crisis situations. The integration of women into financial leadership promotes local justice and strengthens the positions of institutions in the global economic space, responding to modern challenges of socialization. The activities of women in financial management during martial law should contribute to strengthening state regulation through the creation of flexible financial and defense mechanisms, stimulate female leadership in the financial sector through grant programs and support for women's entrepreneurial initiatives, promote the development of digital logistics and the scaling of international cooperation aimed at attracting investments in economic recovery, with an emphasis on inclusive projects led by women. The study demonstrates the effectiveness of modeling the process of obtaining grants by women within the framework of “Grantor-Woman (Grantee),” focused on supporting women's projects and implementing gender-oriented development programs.
