摘要
All-women universities have long served as epicenters of empowerment, crafting nuanced microcosms where women have the unique ability to thrive academically, professionally, and personally without the sociocultural constraints often present in coeducational settings. This paper explores how these institutions can uniquely prepare women for Digital leadership in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered digital transformation. Drawing on literature discussing leadership paradigms, digital transformation, and gender biases in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields, the research highlights pedagogical strategies, systemic support mechanisms, and the impact of single-sex education on leadership development. This study explores the potential and role of all-women universities in bridging the gender gaps of the digital divide in AI and digital leadership utilizing its unique position through focused education and the cultivation of skills essential for future digital leaders.
