Discuss the myriad roles TDOs perform, as well as their relation to the skill and health development for employees in Bahrain. An attempt is made in this study to show that productivity and employee attitude can be positively impacted by integrating human resource development practices into the human resource management framework. This study captures the competitive edge of TDOs which is their broadest, in its holistic sense, developmental focus. This encompasses physical, intellectual, emotional, and even spiritual growth. Strengthening relationships with the Ministry of Labor and with agencies such as Tamkeen enables more thorough training because of the additional resources they offer. The study further explores blends the evaluation and analysis of training programs with the mixed-method design to examine underlying relationships between employee training and comprehensive well-being. The data suggests that TDOs have a considerable potential to improve the economic and social wellbeing of Bahrain by enhancing the skill level and increasing the satisfaction of the workers. The paper offers a coherent overview of the strengths and weaknesses of TDOs in the region and therefore seeks additional evidence to propose further refinement and enhancement in the training systems. In summary, this study captures the Bahrain case of training and development in the context of how TDOs sustain economic growth and enhance employee welfare in a country.
