This study analyzes the factors influencing the adoption of the Pegadaian Digital Service Mobile Application (PDS), part of PT Pegadaian’s digital transformation launched in 2018. Although PDS has been downloaded over two million times, only around 184,000 users are active (9.2%), significantly lower than the company's target of 60%. This indicates a low adoption rate, potentially due to technical issues such as login failures, slow application performance, unresponsive customer service, and concerns regarding regulatory compliance. To identify the factors influencing adoption, this research employs the Extended Technology Acceptance Model (ETAM), which incorporates psychological, social, and technological aspects. The methodology used is a quantitative survey with random sampling, in which 400 respondents were selected based on the inclusion criteria of active users who had interacted with the application in the last six months. The collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 4 software, chosen for its ability to handle complex theoretical models with moderate sample sizes and its focus on prediction. The results show that Perceived Usefulness (PU) significantly affects Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU) with a path coefficient of β = 0.45 (p < 0.01), making it the dominant factor influencing the intention to use the application. Trust also significantly affects the intention to use. These findings highlight that perceptions of the application's usefulness and user trust are key to increasing the intention to use the application. Therefore, PT Pegadaian is advised to optimize the application's security features, such as two-factor authentication and security certifications, as well as enhance transparency in managing user data and improving digital customer service to foster loyalty and promote sustainable adoption of the Pegadaian Digital Service Mobile Application within the context of Digital Financial Services in Indonesia.

摘要
