This chapter discusses the relationship between the impacts of climate change and the cost of housing, food, and healthcare by examining the link between a changing climate, measured by changes in soil moisture content levels, increased surface temperatures, and higher occurrences of extreme weather events, and obstructions to full bodily autonomy, measured by increases in food prices, housing costs, and healthcare expenditures.
