An assessment was made of the efficiency of extracting the energy of sea waves using the resonant method for the coastal zone of Gelendzhik. The potential power of the power plant was calculated based on surface wave monitoring data obtained using the Spoondrifter Spotter buoy, which monitored sea surface waves from July 23 to November 1, 2020.
