Study of Acoustic Characteristics of Building Materials Based on Hemp Fiber
摘要
Materials composed of natural agricultural waste fibers can reduce the carbon footprint of businesses in a variety of application options. This research paper investigates the possibility of using hemp materials as a sound absorbing material. An impedance tube was used to evaluate the sound absorption properties of the materials under laboratory conditions. The results of the study showed that hemp materials have well absorption properties, which can lead to the possible application of such materials in soundproofing structures.
