The technical inspectionof the buildingstructures of the production facilities of the first private brewery in Lviv was carried out to identify the actual physical condition of their main load-bearing structures and to ascertain the possibility of increasing the load on the current floor structures due to the technological equipment replacement. Considering the inspection results and analysis of the technical condition of the main load-bearing structures of the beer bottling facility (metal columns, brick walls, metal beams) and the warehouse building (reinforced concrete columns made in accordance with the series 1.420-12. and reinforced concrete girders). Moreover, their technical condition category was established as ‘2’ (satisfactory). Verification calculations of the bearing capacity of the floor beams B8 and B15, as the most heavily loaded beams, were carried out using the Crystal calculation module (SCAD Office) for the load from the new equipment. Verification calculations of the ceiling structures of the beer bottling facility at +1.000 and +6.000 for the load from the new equipment (PET Warmer 05* (10.9 t), bottling line (12.8 t), tunnel pasteurizer (47.0 t)), when located in accordance with the technical specifications, showed that the stress-strain state does not exceed the normatively permissible limit values.
