The high cost and technical complexityof foundation works in densely built environments compel designers to seek innovative solutions, one of which is the staged construction of slab foundations combined with a compatible sheet pile wall. This approach minimizes the impact on the foundations of adjacent buildings and generally reduces implementation costs. However, its construction requires additional organizational and technological measures compared to traditional foundation types. Experimental testing of sheet pile wall piles under horizontal forces, conducted to assess the feasibility of the proposed technology at a specific stage, indicates that actual force values exceed the calculated ones by a factor of 1.9. The construction of slab foundations with a sheet pile wall is executed in six stages, each involving distinct work phases. This method requires less material compared to conventional cantilevered sheet pile structures but is complex due to the need for precise coordination of construction processes and efficient resource allocation. Nevertheless, employing a slab foundation with a compatible sheet pile wall helps minimize the impact on existing foundations in adjacent areas.

摘要
