Regularities and Distinctive Features of Informative Qualities in Architecture and Urban Spaces
摘要
The article examines the regularities and distinctive features in the formation of the informative qualities of architecture and urban spaces as a foundation for substantiating architectural decisions. Regularities are understood as general characteristics that define human perception of the architectural environment, while distinctive features reflect the unique interactions of factors depending on specific contexts. Based on the analysis of landscape-spatial, architectural-compositional, and socio-cultural factors, key aspects influencing the essence of architectural objects and urban spaces have been identified. The application of a multidimensional matrix of interconnections allowed for a systematic investigation of how individual factors interact, shaping the informative character of the spatial environment. The results of the study reveal that regularities provide a basis for creating an architectural environment that is comprehensible and recognizable, whereas distinctive features ensure its uniqueness and adaptability to specific conditions. This combination enables the development of more functional, aesthetic, and communicatively expressive urban spaces. The findings are valuable for architects and urban planners, as they offer new approaches to designing architectural objects and urban spaces focused on enhancing user interaction and improving their informative qualities.
