Experimental Study of the Rheographic Method for Assessing Endothelial Function
摘要
The paper presents findings from an experimental study of a rheographic method designed to evaluate endothelial function while mitigating the impact of peripheral vascular resistance changes during the reactive hyperemia test. The approach also neutralizes the effects of variations in central hemodynamics parameters, the central regulation system of vascular tone, and shifts in the “working point” of endothelial regulation on the assessment of endothelial function. The results are compared with those obtained using the D. Celermajer method, with a detailed analysis of the influence of each confounding factor on the outcomes.
