The paper considers the current methods of central aortic pressure measurement, analyzes the reasons that do not allow to obtain the required accuracy of its estimation. The main sources of CAP estimation uncertainty are identified and the ways of their neutralization are proposed. It is shown that an increase in the accuracy of CAP estimation is possible by using synchronous registration of peripheral arterial and aortic rheograms and changing the principles of signal calibration, which are the basis for their transformation into the laws of pressure changes in arterial vessels.

摘要

The paper considers the current methods of central aortic pressure measurement, analyzes the reasons that do not allow to obtain the required accuracy of its estimation. The main sources of CAP estimation uncertainty are identified and the ways of their neutralization are proposed. It is shown that an increase in the accuracy of CAP estimation is possible by using synchronous registration of peripheral arterial and aortic rheograms and changing the principles of signal calibration, which are the basis for their transformation into the laws of pressure changes in arterial vessels.
