Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Leadership and Management Practices

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology is changing the way businesses function and calling for a change in management and leadership techniques. In addition to creating and carrying out strategic plans, leaders play a critical role in encouraging staff participation and dedication to company objectives. In the twenty-first century, AI and machine learning techniques present a new perspective for business applications. With AI, machines can carry out intricate activities that would normally need human intelligence, creating new opportunities for efficiency and automation. The present investigation utilizes a systematic literature review (SLR) approach to amalgamate extant scholarship and pinpoint pivotal results regarding the application of AI to decision-making, moral issues, organizational preparedness, and necessary leadership abilities. The results emphasize the potential advantages of AI in boosting organizational efficiency and decision-making processes, but they also stress the significance of resolving ethical concerns, expanding organizational readiness, and creating new leadership competencies.
