Agriculture is undergoing a technological revolution driven by the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advances in computer science. This paper investigates AI based smart agriculture involving Decision Support System (DSS) for crop forecasting and management. The system uses soil sensors to collect real-time data on important parameters such as moisture, pH, temperature, and humidity. To determine which crop would be best for a certain farming region, DSS analyses the data that GSM/GPRS modules have transmitted. An online user interface for managing and visualizing data is also included in the system. By assisting farmers in making well-informed decisions more rapidly, this research hopes to improve decision making, economic outcomes, decrease labor costs, and raise yields.
