Multidimensional Statistical Analysis as a Tool for Analyzing the Yield of Grain Crops
摘要
The yield of agricultural crops is an integral indicator of the biological productivity of agro landscapes. Therefore, it is considered as a measure of the efficiency of the agricultural sector. The yield of the most important agricultural crops in Kirkuk, wheat, and barley, has been analysed. The influence of climatic and socio-economic factors on the yield of winter crops in Kirkuk for the period from 2000 to 2022 has been studied. Multidimensional methods of correlation and regression analysis and data classification were used for data analysis. Significant indicators included population engaged in crop production, gross domestic product per capita, normalized vegetation index, soil moisture profile, surface pressure, and wind speed. The study revealed the influence of socio-economic and climatic factors on the yield of winter grain crops.
