Preliminary Analysis of Operational Reliability in PEMEX as a Basis for Proposing the Creation of an Information System for the Maintenance of Equipment for Oil Drilling and Production in the Northeast Marine Region of Mexico
摘要
This paper shows the study of operational reliability for the analysis and evaluation of risks in the operations of critical equipment of the oil drilling and production process centers of the Marine Zone in which Pemex Exploration and Production operates, a sub-directorate of PEMEX. Based on the case study and its impact, with information the construction of an information system for consultation is proposed that helps estimate and compare the costs of impact by not having adequate and updated applications of operational reliability, emphasizing the sub-elements: Good Maintenance Practices, Facilities, and Equipment Maintainability and Maps of the Maintenance Management process, establishing new proposals to reduce costs, increase operational reliability and reduce risks in the processes. The aim is to demonstrate that implementing an information system will help to facilitate the understanding of the data obtained, fulfilling the stages of the life cycle of a system. Emphasizing the analysis and planning phases to achieve, with the generated database, a model to be developed that concentrates the information for correct interpretation in different places of the northeast marine region of Mexico.
