Technologies like AI are beneficial these days in tackling major environmental issues. It is based on machine learning. AI can help with issues like pollution control, climate prediction, wildlife protection, and the prediction of natural disasters like hurricanes, earthquakes, and flash floods. Machine Learning algorithms assess the data while altering the appropriate calculation models changing on a variety of factors, such as the existing season. Researchers say that AI can help manage deforestation by designing structures that optimize energy consumption to monitor deforestation and enhancing the use of renewable energy sources. The most important thing about AI is that it can be implemented across widespread areas to manage environmental issues like Monitoring atmospheric emissions around the world with satellite data. AI can also help in the field of agriculture and food systems as it can increase the efficiency of resources and lower the use of water, fertilizers, and pesticides, which are causing massive damage to our ecosystem. AI can now instantly recognize models that humans cannot, make calculations more efficiently, and recommend better policies. The main objectives of applying these technologies are to manage environmental problems. AI models predict climate trends, analyse greenhouse gas emissions, and support renewable energy optimization. ML techniques enhance carbon capture and storage systems. This paper addresses how with the help of AI, we can easily get information about the early warning systems to forecast natural disasters like hurricanes, floods, wildfires whereas ML improves response planning and resource allocation during disasters. It is also responsible for image recognition identifies endangered species and monitors their populations. By AI and ML, environmental management become more proactive, data-driven, and effective in tackling global sustainability challenges.
