Since the utilization of fossil fuels has increased the problem of carbon di oxide gas emission and has arisen alternative of transportation. The cost of such fuels is increasing day by day hence Electric Vehicle technology has been introduced. The problem of gas emission and transportation has been resolved but apart from this there are many challenges that have inbuilt in such technology. The charging problem of EV technology is one of the most important issues. To analyze and optimize proper structure of EV enables to ensure proper charging as well as its maintenance cost. During charging, the capacity of battery may be affected due to insecure heat management. Hence reducing gas emission and improving fuel economy, EV technology can be developed under suitable framework by using smart intelligent techniques.
