Assessing Digital Transformation in Business Process Management: Towards Sustainable Development
摘要
The fast development of digital technologies and the imperatives of sustainable development have transformed modern organizations. At the same time, the complexity of evaluation in managing structured digital transformation limits long-term efficiency and resilience to change. This study proposes an evaluation framework that combines business process management, digital transformation, and multi-criteria decision-making to improve operational efficiency and alignment with sustainability goals. Using scenario modeling, enterprises can assess digital transformation’s economic, environmental, and social impacts using methods such as TOPSIS and AHP. The results demonstrate an improvement in the transparency of decision-making and prioritization of digital initiatives based on key performance indicators. A digital transformation assessment system is proposed to achieve sustainable digital transformation of organizations in various industries.
