This article explores the digitalization of urban environments, focusing on the city of Varna, Bulgaria, including key regions such as the Center and Cathedral, the Technical University of Varna, and the Sea Port. By leveraging OpenStreetMap (OSM) data and the Blender Open Source Software (OSS) integrated with the Blosm add-on, the research demonstrates a practical workflow for generating detailed 2D and 3D digital representations of city and coastal regions. The results, presented as high-quality visualizations, provide valuable insights for stakeholders involved in urban planning, logistics, tourism, digital application development, and other related. The study showcases the seamless importation of city elements such as buildings, roads, paths, water bodies, and forests directly from OSM into Blender, offering a replicable approach for other cities included in the OSM database. This method supports creating digital applications, digital twins cities, touristic guides, and logistics solutions, emphasizing its utility for advancing urban digitalization in a cost-effective and accessible manner.
