Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has come up as impactful force in the drastic change in Higher Education. Among various ICT tools, Learning Management Systems They have shown to have a great effect on the redefinition and improvement of the teaching process and the teaching and learning process itself. This paper presents an implementation proposal based on April of 2025 to identify and promote this paper provides best practices in utilizing ICT based LMS to enhance eLearning experiences. A comprehensive mixed methods approach for the research is adopted.
