This survey paper examines various solutions for crime witnesses to anonymously submit tips. Many witnesses around the world are reluctant to report crimes due to concerns about complex procedures, in the context of increasing crime rates and advances in technology. The aim of the project is to promote social responsibility by encouraging citizens to share witnessed offences without fear. To increase the participation of anonymous tip providers and to use decentralised cloud technology for secure and cost effective crime documentation, this application rewards them with a reward. With the use of cloud storage the security of data is ensured and server costs are reduced. Furthermore, our platform augments crime investigation by providing valuable insights to undercover agents regarding potential threats, such as organized criminal activities, through the utilization of cloud-based data storage.
