Sustainable development has become a key area of focus for modern manufacturing enterprises, which must meet growing societal expectations and increasingly stringent legal regulations. Companies are compelled to seek innovative tools that enable them to optimize production processes while simultaneously addressing environmental, social, and economic considerations. Digital technologies, particularly computer simulation and the concept of Digital Twins (DT), are perceived as promising decision support tools in the context of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This study conducts a systematic literature review and an analysis of practical case studies on the application of computer simulations, particularly within the FlexSim environment, to support sustainability efforts in manufacturing enterprises. The primary objective of this article is to identify the scope and effectiveness of FlexSim software in assisting organizations with CSR related decision-making. The findings of the analysis aim to enrich the academic discourse on the role of advanced simulation technologies in achieving sustainability goals and provide a foundation for the practical implementation of these tools in manufacturing enterprises.

摘要
