Features of the Functioning of the National Repository of Scientific and Research Data as Part of a Multi-DB Scientific Ecosystem for the Development of Open Science in Ukraine
摘要
A tuple-oriented model of information technology has been developed in the form of a multi-DB scientific ecosystem, which will contribute to the expansion of international scientific and technical cooperation and the increase in the participation of Ukrainian scientists in international grant programs. This IT will function within the framework of a specialized web portal in the Ukrainian System NAUKA. The proposed IT model can be used in two ways: general–limited; registered–extended. The second method provides extended access to the use of a library of specialized databases, which is the basis of the developed model. The tuple-oriented IT model is based on 11 main databases, among which the National Repository of Scientific and Research Data should be highlighted. To increase the integration of the National Repository of Scientific and Research Data into the international scientific space, it is proposed to deploy it based on the Dataverse technology, which is successfully used in the USA and the European Union. The proposed tuple-oriented IT model is described from the point of view of a scientist as the main participant in international scientific and technical cooperation. It is substantiated that the developed tuple-oriented model of organizing scientific activity will evolve, as in developed countries, to a decentralized distribution between universities, scientific laboratories, state, public and private structures, etc. The paper also develops an ER-model for the correlation of databases in the tuple K and provides an example of the use of the database library by Ukrainian scientists as a graphic scheme.
