And revisit the nexus between identity and the complex factors (security, economic, political, geographical, cultural, religious and so on) of discrimination against African migrants in the preceding chapter. Then remember that the current international political condition characterised by the phenomena of resurgent nationalism, populism and xenophobia have amplified the problem of migration.
