We present an automated system for the processing of structural brain MRI (T1-w), based on open-source tools. The system extracts morphovolumetric measurements (volumes, cortical thickness, interhemispheric asymmetries, surface areas, and folding indices) and compares them to a control group matched by age and sex. Results are expressed using 99% confidence intervals and Z-scores, and are integrated into an automatically generated PDF report. This solution aims to provide a reliable, reproducible, and operator-free structural analysis with potential applications in clinical and research settings.

摘要

We present an automated system for the processing of structural brain MRI (T1-w), based on open-source tools. The system extracts morphovolumetric measurements (volumes, cortical thickness, interhemispheric asymmetries, surface areas, and folding indices) and compares them to a control group matched by age and sex. Results are expressed using 99% confidence intervals and Z-scores, and are integrated into an automatically generated PDF report. This solution aims to provide a reliable, reproducible, and operator-free structural analysis with potential applications in clinical and research settings.
