This article presents the graphical user interface of the ACUX-R (Augmenting Cultural User eXperience Recommender) mobile recommendation system, specifically designed for the cultural tourism sector. ACUX-R offers personalized recommendations based on visiting preferences, enhancing the overall user experience. Building on a comprehensive methodology and recommendation algorithms from previous work, this contribution focuses on the user interface aspects of ACUX-R by highlighting key design considerations, user interface elements, and functionalities that contribute to an effective and engaging user experience. To evaluate the proposed interface, an initial case study was conducted using a dataset of points of interest (POIs) from the City of Athens, Greece. In this study, the proposed user interface received high ratings for inspiring, exciting, interesting, and enthusiastic user experiences.
