This paper presents a framework that integrates blockchain technology, smart contracts, encrypted Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), and the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) to address the challenges of managing child health records. By leveraging the decentralized, immutable, and transparent properties of blockchain, alongside a suite of encryption algorithms-RSA, RC4, DES, ChaCha20, Blowfish, and AES-our system enhances the security and efficiency of record management. The use of smart contracts facilitates automated and error-free transactions, while encrypted NFTs ensure the uniqueness and privacy of each health record. The system’s performance was tested across several EVM-compatible blockchain platforms including Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Fantom, and Celo, focusing on key functionalities such as data recording, secure record-keeping, and NFT transferability. The analysis not only demonstrates improved security and efficiency but also underscores the potential for reducing operational costs associated with managing child health records.
