Some fields that deal with territory outside the realm of conventional reality/psychological functioning are considered. A very basic overview of certain areas in physics and mathematics is given, with the purpose of showing that these fields deal primarily with objective reality and evidence that objective reality too has no permanent basis. These fields also do not have much to say about ultimate reality, which means that though science is useful for understanding conventional and objective reality, spiritual literatures will be needed for better conceptualizing the nature of ultimate reality. A very brief overview of free will is given, with the goal of showing that to realize ultimate reality attachments to conventional, objective, intellectual, and philosophical views must be dropped, as ultimate reality is fundamental to any and all views/stances/intellectualization.
