摘要
Basic exercises in vestibular rehabilitation include gaze stabilization exercises involving head-eye movements, postural stability exercises aimed at maintaining balance during increasingly complex static and dynamic movements by adjusting sensory stimuli, and habituation exercises that repeat movements and positions causing dizziness. Flexibility, strength, proprioception, and conditioning exercises can also be incorporated into the program. The use of computer vision technologies to help preserve vestibular functions is becoming more common. Tai chi exercises positively influence dynamic balance, while yoga helps alleviate symptoms and supports the sympathetic system. Yoga increases blood flow to the head and neck, enhancing focus, movement, and coordination.
