In order to increase societal efficiency, end-user applied computing covers a range of service delivery facets. Almost every age has access to computing since the development of the internet and the client-server computing paradigm. End users are increasingly using this dynamic situation for complex data processing needs in their daily lives due to a variety of live systems. In this sequence, the Storage System (SS) is a system that collects data from students (or other end users in other scenarios) for processing, such as real-time and on-demand information retrieval, and future persistent storage. The online storage system (OSS) offered by various counters was established with the intention of gathering data, and although it was obviously giving the data durability in terms of storage, end users could not normally access it. With high availability, ubiquity, technical innovation, and operational effectiveness in mind, the primary goal of this project is to design a prototype Advanced Online Storage System (AOSS) for the storage scenario of university students. The study is being expanded through the creation of a prototype for a genuine sense web-based online storage system and the investigation of different viewpoints regarding its components. In terms of AOSS component investigation, the database is the primary element that would serve as the foundation for the new storage system's design. Since its introduction, the AOSS has included technological advancements in database processes and their consequences on the target system, both of which are rigorously examined.
