In the current world where economic environment is shifting, climate is warming, and technologies are disrupting, sustainable and agile have become the dual tensions for organizations. This chapter outlines the following framework to include the strategies used in creating sustainable management to be adaptive and to be able to withstand future shocks as follows; the described framework combines the approaches to sustainable development with Agile principles and enhances them with flexibility, innovativeness, and engaging stakeholders. This chapter explores the constraints and opportunities of complementing agility with Sustainability through case study and an application of empirical evidence. It provides evidence that organisations implementing the proposed framework are likely to increase organizational resilience, decrease negative environmental outcomes, and sustain competitive advantages in unpredictable markets. With the recommendations on its implementation and future research, the current study concludes.
