Human beings use intelligence to make ethical considerations using their interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate complex social dynamics to many complex decisions. The study aims to examine the impact of human intelligence (HI) among healthcare personnel assisted with an organizational learning culture making them receptive to promote workforce agility (WA). This study delves deeply into the intricate interactions among these critical elements and their influence on organizational resilience and adaptability. Leveraging Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), the analysis draws on insights from 237 healthcare professionals to explore the dynamic relationship between HI, organizational learning, and WA. The findings revealed that HI has a substantial effect on WA. The empirical analysis supports to validate the relationship between HI, organizational learning, and WA. Learning culture which partially mediates the relationship between HI and WA. Our research offers practitioners, and decision-makers with strategies for creating and utilizing the appropriate resources to effectively leverage WA and augmentation for creativity. Organizational learning fosters an overall understanding of culture that supports the growth of a knowledgeable, adaptable workforce that exhibits proactive behavior.
