In this chapter we define magnetic equivariant vector bundles and, via the Grothendieck construction, the magnetic equivariant K-theory groups. We show that the magnetic equivariant K-theory defines an equivariant cohomology theory, calculate its coefficients, we show the Bott periodicity, the Thom isomorphism, the degree shift isomorphism and the Atiyah-Hirzebruch spectral sequence.
