Smokeless tobacco (SLT) use is implicated in the genesis of common potential oral malignant disorders like leukoplakia, erythroplakia, oral submucosa fibrosis and, finally, oral cancer. In addition, SLT also affects the periodontium and teeth. This chapter discusses oral changes and their implications for strategising appropriate interventions.
