Hair loss, particularly androgenetic alopecia (AGA), affects a significant portion of the population, leading to psychological distress and reduced quality of life. Traditional pharmacological treatments such as finasteride and minoxidil have demonstrated varying success, but concerns regarding side effects and patient compliance have driven the search for alternative therapies. Surgical approaches like follicular unit extraction (FUE) and follicular unit strip surgery (FUSS) remain effective but have limitations related to donor area capacity and long-term follicular stability. This chapter introduces a new combined protocol for AGA treatment, integrating Autologous Regenerative Therapy (ART) with mesotherapy and photobiostimulation. The ART (Autologous Regenerative Therapy) technique utilizes adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) and the stromal vascular fraction (SVF) harvested through a minimally invasive fat extraction process, ensuring a high concentration of regenerative cellular components. These stem cell-derived factors promote hair follicle regeneration by stimulating dermal papilla cells (DPs) and hair follicle stem cells (HFSCs).

摘要
