Three-Dimensional Medical Facelift with Autologous Regenerative Therapy and Calcium Hydroxyapatite

The three-dimensional medical facelift using Autologous Regenerative Therapy (ART) and calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) represents a breakthrough approach in facial rejuvenation, addressing both structural volume loss and skin quality deterioration. This chapter explores the intricate aging process of the face, focusing on intrinsic and extrinsic factors contributing to skin laxity, collagen degradation, and volume depletion. Dermal fillers, particularly hyaluronic acid (HA) and CaHA, play a crucial role in restoring facial harmony, with CaHA distinguished by its dual action: immediate volumization and long-term bio stimulation. Additionally, the integration of ART through the Superficial Enhanced Fluid Fat Injection (SEFFI) technique enhances regenerative outcomes by harnessing adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) and the stromal vascular fraction (SVF). The chapter details patient assessment strategies, injection protocols, and the synergistic effects of combining CaHA with SEFFI for a natural and long-lasting facial rejuvenation. A structured approach to tissue remodeling, neocollagenesis, and angiogenesis underpins this advanced aesthetic method, offering patients a safer, minimally invasive alternative to traditional facelifts.
