The potential of Uruguay to develop a spaceport is mentioned in this document, given its strategic geographic position and institutional stability. The country has progressed in regulating space activities to attract investments and encourage innovation. In short, Uruguay is positioned as a relevant player thanks to the democratization of space, with the development of adequate sector regulation being key.
