A Novel Model Design to Improve Quality and Efficiency Based on Digital Twin Technology

Aiming at the real needs of property companies to improve quality and efficiency, based on digital twin technology, we designed a medium-sized district digital twin structure model. The model includes four parts: face recognition, localization, data storage and format conversion, and 3D twin modeling. Face recognition was realized based on background subtraction and AdaBoost algorithm; 3D position was converted to 2D coordinates in positioning to solve the problem of camera tilt angle; data storage and format conversion was accomplished through the V3D plug-in to convert Excel data and cmo data format; 3D twin modeling was realized through 3D modeling software to realize scene reproduction and interactive control. The results show that the model improves the efficiency of property to detect dangerous behaviors, reduces the number of security guards, and achieves the purpose of improving quality and efficiency.
