The operation of the transport complex directly impacts indicators characterizing the level of economic development, such as GDP, GRP, and employment. Based on the analysis of global transportation development trends and the strategic priorities of the Russian Federation, measures have been identified to improve quality of life and reduce the negative impact of the transport industry on the environment. The article presents strategic plans and development scenarios for the transport complex up to 2030, including increased production of electric vehicles and the creation of infrastructure for their maintenance. Special attention is paid to the development of battery technologies and transport automation, as well as interaction with global trends and the competitiveness of Russian manufacturers in the international arena.
