The article explores approaches to diversifying innovations in space activities. It details various types and examples of diversification strategies employed in space activities both globally and in Russia. Achieving success in this field necessitates a holistic approach, including the examination of the regulatory framework, financial mechanisms, infrastructure, and technical support. The article also highlights the challenges faced by new market entrants, analyzes existing programs, and assesses the availability of infrastructure. Particular emphasis is placed on studying international experiences and adapting best practices to domestic conditions. Based on a comprehensive analysis, the article proposes recommendations to enhance innovative activity in space endeavors.
