Possible application areas of a small upper stage with a launch weight up to 200 kg are considered. It is shown that the active development of LEO satellite constellations, satellite service projects and space debris remove projects made the power propulsion platform for performing various transport operations in demand. Platform application scenarios in couple with a large upper stage are analyzed. The technical efficiency is determined by the fact that due to the two-stage launch scheme the launched payload mass can be increased.
