Designing a Landing Platform to Explore Saturn’s Moon Enceladus
摘要
This paper considers the development of a landing platform designed to deliver the rover to the surface of Saturn’s satellite Enceladus and conduct basic research in the landing zone. The concept under consideration was proposed in the framework of the International Youth Scientific School “Space Exploration: Theory and Practice—2022” (SDTP-2022) and includes the issues of general design, energy balance, the choice of energy generation and storage systems. The basic questions of the general design of all major systems of the landing platform are considered.
