Influence of the Acceleration Channel Depth on the Ions Energy Spectrum in the Beam of a Thruster with Anode Layer During Operation on Krypton, Xenon, and Their Mixture
摘要
The paper is devoted to the study of the ion beam energy spectrum of a thruster with an anode layer (TAL) at various accelerating channel depths. Differences in the ion energy distribution functions during operation on krypton, krypton-xenon mixture and xenon at different flow rates are considered. Measurements were carried out in the range of discharge powers from 500 to 1500 W with a step of 250 W, at a discharge voltage of 300 V. The measurements were carried out using a retarding potential analyzer (RPA).
