In the presented approach to the problem of adaptive balancing of machining production lines, a follow-up control concept has been implemented, enabling continuous adjustment of production scenarios in response to both changes affecting production orders and disruptions affecting process execution. Within the developed declarative problem model, the goal is to determine an optimal set of machining process parameters that minimize production costs. The conducted computational experiments confirm the competitiveness of the proposed approach compared to currently employed solutions.

摘要

In the presented approach to the problem of adaptive balancing of machining production lines, a follow-up control concept has been implemented, enabling continuous adjustment of production scenarios in response to both changes affecting production orders and disruptions affecting process execution. Within the developed declarative problem model, the goal is to determine an optimal set of machining process parameters that minimize production costs. The conducted computational experiments confirm the competitiveness of the proposed approach compared to currently employed solutions.
