This chapter examines intrapreneurship from a human-centered perspective, with a particular focus on the profile of intrapreneurs: employees who demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset within established corporate environments. Adopting a qualitative methodology based on real-world case studies (including Enagás, BBVA, Google/YouTube, and 3 M) and expert interviews with human resources professionals, the study identifies essential competencies, organizational enablers, and leadership approaches that nurture intrapreneurial talent. It further analyzes the opportunities and challenges associated with integrating these profiles into corporate culture. The findings highlight that organizational environments promoting autonomy, experimentation, and trust—combined with transformational, people-centered leadership—are critical to fostering sustainable innovation. The chapter also underscores the broader economic and societal contributions of intrapreneurship within contemporary business ecosystems.

摘要
