This chapter examines the intersection of process innovation, the circular economy, and social entrepreneurship as three strategic pillars for driving organizational transformations aimed at achieving systemic impact. Through an integrated theoretical framework, it analyzes the conceptual foundations of each approach, their key organizational capabilities, and their potential to redesign productive models based on sustainability and inclusion. The chapter illustrates this framework through the case study of AERESS, a network of social entities that combines circular practices and innovative processes to promote labor inclusion, environmental management, and territorial development. The analysis reveals how these connections pave the way for regenerative, resilient, and purpose-driven organizational models.
