The purpose of this study is to explore the role of dance in promoting holistic well-being by reducing stress and enhancing physical and mental health. This study adopts a descriptive, cross-sectional analysis to examine the relationship between dance and its effects on stress relief and holistic well-being. A quantitative survey is conducted to collect percentage-based data on participants’ perceptions of dance as a contributor to physical fitness and mental health. Statistical analysis, such as mean scores, standard deviation, ANOVA, and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test, was used to test for significant differences in responses. The study found that dance significantly contributes to both physical fitness and mental health, with participants reporting noticeable stress relief and improved overall well-being. Quantitative analysis revealed significant differences in perceptions of dance’s benefits across various wellness dimensions. This study offers a unique perspective by combining quantitative and qualitative approaches to explore the multidimensional benefits of dance for holistic well-being. It highlights dance as a practical and enjoyable strategy for stress relief, bridging the gap between physical fitness and mental health promotion. The findings provide valuable insights for wellness practitioners, educators, and policymakers aiming to incorporate dance into holistic health initiatives.
