Solar radiation has become an important factor in our daily lives. Thus, its prediction is essential for numerous sectors, including energy, agriculture, healthcare, climatology, and aviation. This paper presents an advanced, hybrid approach combining elements of fuzzy logic and intuitionistic fuzzy sets which will contribute to better handle uncertainty, hesitation, and imprecise data, all of which are common issues in environmental and meteorological forecasting. The real-world data, used for the testing the algorithm cover the summer period of 2015 for the city of Burgas, Bulgaria.

摘要

Solar radiation has become an important factor in our daily lives. Thus, its prediction is essential for numerous sectors, including energy, agriculture, healthcare, climatology, and aviation. This paper presents an advanced, hybrid approach combining elements of fuzzy logic and intuitionistic fuzzy sets which will contribute to better handle uncertainty, hesitation, and imprecise data, all of which are common issues in environmental and meteorological forecasting. The real-world data, used for the testing the algorithm cover the summer period of 2015 for the city of Burgas, Bulgaria.
